Custom pieces at Rocky are where imagination meets craftsmanship. Whether you’re dreaming up a statement look, or just craving something that feels uniquely you, the custom process starts with a simple email.

  • 1. Send Your Inquiry

    Email rockytheshop@gmail.com with as much info as you can — ideas, photo references, colors, silhouettes, materials and price range. If you’re not sure exactly what you want, no pressure to explain perfectly; the fun part is figuring it out together.

  • 2. Design Process

    After reviewing your initial idea, we’ll align on vision, timeline, and budget. A rough concept or sketch will be provided for approval. Materials may be sourced, upcycled, or selected from the studio’s inventory, with all material costs billed separately from labor.

  • 3. Payment & Pick-up

    Once all details are confirmed, you’ll receive a final quote for your one-of-a-kind piece. A 50% deposit is required to officially book your project and reserve studio time. The remaining balance will be split into biweekly payments leading up to the deadline and must be paid in full upon completion of the garment. Once finished, your piece will either ship or be available for pickup at Rocky Studio in Chicago.
